An aircraft carrying 200 Norwegian tourists landed at the King Hussein International Airport on Saturday marking the beginning of the Norwegian tourism season in Aqaba. The tour companies which organised the trip held a welcoming ceremony for the tourists, attended by MP Mahmoud Yassin (Aqaba, 1st District).

During Norwegian tourism season, seven flights from Norway arrive in Aqaba each week, ferrying some 14,000 visitors.
