His Majesty King Abdullah II left Amman heading for Kuwait on a short working visit during which he will hold talks with the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah.

Talks will focus on cooperation between Jordan and Kuwait as well as the latest developments in the Middle East.

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Al Hussein was sworn in as regent in the presence of cabinet members.
